Our History
Kilgore & Company was founded on the strong foundation of the esteemed accounting firm Burns, O’Hare, and Bella, which had built a reputation for its exceptional service and deep industry expertise over the years. Recognizing the opportunity to evolve and expand its offerings, Kilgore & Company was born out of a desire to build on the trusted legacy of Burns, O’Hare, and Bella while introducing fresh perspectives and innovative strategies.
By retaining the core values and client-centric approach of the original firm, Kilgore & Company will continue to provide personalized, high-quality accounting and business consulting services while positioning itself for growth in an ever-changing financial landscape. This seamless transition reflects the firm’s commitment to both honoring its roots and embracing the future with a renewed focus on helping clients thrive.
Having been in the accounting industry since 2008, I am excited to take this next step with Kilgore & Company to serve the Mahoning Valley. Kilgore and Company is a licensed member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), the Youngstown/Warren Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
I’ve always been passionate about finding simple answers to complicated problems. Working with clients in the non-profit sector honed and shaped those skills because they have to stretch their dollars to make one Washington do the work of a Benjamin.

I’ve helped business owners with accounting services, small business tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial consulting, and coaching for over a decade. I’m also available to clients as a personal accountant, tax preparer, social security consultant, financial planner, and financial coach.
